In effective development of the profile we need to have clear two steps:
Give weight to the factor
We need to remind the objective of the company, to have very clear that information, and once we have it clear, we can procedure to give a rating to the factor
To determinate whether the strength or weakness is of strategic importance.
According to the company's field, the strategic manager need to prioritize what will be the more useful thing for the company, in order to be very effective.

This step indicates whether the strength or weakness will have major impact for the focal enterprise.
Factors included in the process of analysis and diagnoses to determinate the internal strength or weakness
A strategic managers always has the liability to assume the diagnosis to know its company, taking all the information as a helper instead of an enemy because of the lack of information.
The strategic advantage analysis and diagnosis allows to determinate and examine the firm's finance, accounting, marketing, distribution, production, operations;

Give weight to the factor
Determine whether the strength or weakness is of strategic importance.
Its really important to determinate the real company's aspirations and what they are looking for.

-Corporate resources/factors
Allows to identify where the company has significant strengths to compare it and analyze whose are the most effective focus in the opportunities and meet the threats presented in the environment.
