The bases, located at Brisbane, Bundaberg, Cairns, Charleville, Longreach, Mount Isa, Rockhampton, and Townsville operate 24 hours a day ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of health

John Flynn was an Australian Presbyterian minister who founded what became the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the world's first air ambulance.
