There are no direct flights to Bukidnon form Manila. Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines has several daily flights from Manila to Cagayan de Oro City and one daily flight from Cebu via Cebu Pacific.
LAND:

2 hours away by land from Cagayan de Oro City. Local bus companies in Cagayan de Oro, such as Bachelor Express, Tomawis, and others, services this route.
SEA:

12 hours by sea from Cebu.

Northern Minadanao
is a region of the Philippines, designated as Region X. It is composed of five provinces and two cities classified as highly-urbanized, all occupying the north-central part of Mindanao island, and the island-province of Camiguin. The regional center is Cagayan de Oro City. Lanao del Norte was transferred to Northern Mindanao from Region XII (then called Central Mindanao) by virtue of Executive Order No. 36.

• Ozamiz City-Tangub City-Misamis Occidental (OC/TC/Mis. Occ.) Cluster, 833 or 0.99 percent.

From Manila, you can take direct flights of Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific or Air Philippines to Cagayan de Oro City. Flying time approximately takes 1 hour and 20 minutes; From Cebu, Cagayan de Oro City is even nearer – a mere 30 minutes away.
SEA:

Longer but exciting ferry trips from the North Harbor aboard the ships of Superferry, Negros Navigation, and Sulpicio Lines. A ferry trip tp Cagayan de Oro City usually takes 28-36 hours. You can also take a three-hour ferry ride from the Cagayan de Oro Ferry Terminal to Guinsiliban, also Camiguin on board M/V Yuhum.
LAND:

From the Cagayan de Oro City airport, you can take a cab to the bus terminal located at the Agora Market and get on a bus for Balingoan, a town 88 km outside the city. At Balingoan, take a ferry bound for Camiguin Island approaching Camiguin by the sea. The trip usually takes an hour before you reach Benoni Wharf at Mahinog, which is 17 km form the capital town of Mambajao.
