Sports
In Japan, they have all sorts of different sports, but their main sport is baseball. Here is most of the sports in Japan: sumo wrestling, judo, karate, kendo, baseball, tennis, golf, soccer, volleyball, skiing, and fishing.
Foods
japan eats all sorts of different kinds of
foods, but they are known for their rice!
here are some foods that japanese people
eat: Rice, fish, sushi, eggs, vegetables, sake,
sukiyaki, and tempara.
rituals
In japan, they have loads of rituals or
holidays to celebrate many things! I'm going to list some of those rituals. There is the shichi-go-san festival, shogatsu, children's day, the oon festival, sports day, and the emperor's birthday

In japan, they have the main
religions:Christianity, shinto,
buddhism, etc. 79.2% of japanese people are shinto, 66.8%of japanes ius buddhists. 1.5% of japanese is christianity, and 7.1% of japanese are other!

Education
There is a cycle that you have to go in like we do here in alabama. there is primary school, junior high school, senior high school. then you have to go to a university or colledge.

japan's most popular and
main city is tokyo. tokyo isn't
the only major city that japan
has. they also have yokahoma,
osaka, and nagoya!
laws
In japan, they have laws
that are different from other states because of their population. you can be fined for not reporting an explosive to the police. women who get divorced must wait six months before remarrying. if you have a baby before the six months, that baby becomes your ex-husband's.
Trends/fashions
in japan, they wear different kinds
of fashions. some of their clothes was made in america, while some of their clothes were made there.they have yukatos, and summer kimonos.
travels
in japan, they have many ways to travel around. in japan they have flying vehicles like airplanes, jets, and helicopters. in japan, they have vehicles on the ground like cars, vans, subways, trucks, buses, etc.
art
in japan, they have loads of
different kinds of famous artists. some of their famous artists are muraka mi, mariko mori, yoshitomo nara, and takashi murakami. takashi murakami made a famous painting called "flower matango" that was made in 2006.
famous people
japan has loads of famous people from generals to sea captains. some of the famous people in japan is yuritomo minamoto, zen buddhism, etc.
Yuritomo minamoto was famous for The Japanese warrior chieftain Minamoto Yoritomo (1147-1199) founded Japan's first military government, or shogunate, in 1185 and thereby inaugurated the medieval period of Japanese history, which lasted until 1573.
Flag
Japan's national flag is called the hinomaru flag. hinomaru stands for circle of the sun. the hinomaru's design is A red sun-disc centered on a white rectangular field.it was adopted on February 27, 1870 (as the civil ensign by Proclamation No. 57); August 13, 1999 (as the national flag and slight modifications to the design of the flag). sadly, no one knows who made or designed the hinomaru flag!

japan has many forms of technology.
japan has robots, jets, cars, vans, computers, laptops, tablets, camcords, etc. some of the technology in alabama is from japan. Japan even has an underground vehicle called the bullet because it moves over three-hundred miles per hour.
Population
In japan, they have over 127,185,332 people. 93.5% of that population is urban, while the other 7.5% is rural. there are over 20,000,000 visitors/tourists per year.
Languages
In japan, they have two main languages, japanese, and chinese. not many people in japan speak chinese. japanese children learn how to write and talk japanese at age 6.
money
In japan, their money is called yen. the highest amount of yen that you can have on one yen dollar is 10,000 worth of yen. The one with the most yen in japan is Takemitsu Takizaki, whose fortune climbed an impressive $5.1 billion to $17.6 billion.
Government
in japan, they have a unitary government. having an unitary government means that only the government can chose who is your leader. you cannot vote and they are not born into being the leader. The current leader of japan is Shinzō Abe (born 21 September 1954) is a Japanese politician serving as the 57th Prime Minister of Japan and Leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) since 2012, and previously from 2006 to 2007.
animals
In japan, they have all sorts of animals. They have animals like: red-faced macaques, cormorants, macuques, giant salamanders, giant spider crabs, sea snakes, and many more. japan's national bird is the green pheasant, and japan's national fish is the carp.
