MS Publisher 2010
Select "Brochures" from Available Templates, then select a design from the display of brochure templates. If you want some other design, you can download additional templates from the Microsoft website.
Select "3-panel" for this brochure.
Check the "Include customer address" to include a mailing address.
If you are including a form, review the options in the drop-down box and select the correct type of form. If you are not including a form, select "none".
Choose the color and font scheme for your brochure. You can select a new color and font scheme or you can accept the default color and font schemes.
In the Business Information dropdown area, select "Create new" to create a new information set. The information will now be included in your brochure.
Now you are ready to create your brochure. Click the "Create" button at the bottom of the task pane. If you would like to print it out to review the design, save your brochure and select "Print".

These websites offer free photos and clip art. Some sites require a registration. You can right click on an image and select "Copy" and then place the cursor in the area designed for the photo and select "Paste". You can resize the photo based on the size available in your brochure.
