First things first
WELCOME TO FIFTH GRADE!

You are in room 136 because you're my homeroom student!

As you came in I gave you a table number to sit in, this is TEMPORARY! The next few weeks are really important in deciding who will take on leader and assistant positions, so be on your best behavior and you might get picked!

I will trust you until you give me a reason not to do so.

I will work with you to resolve any problems that come up.

We will work together so you may reach your academic goals!
A Little About Me!
Classroom Procedures
A procedure is a HABIT, something you do many times to accomplish something.
Procedures are put in place in the classroom so that the class is orderly and runs smoothly.
Following the procedures results in a learning environment without stress.

To put the procedures in place for the classroom, we will:
1. EXPLAIN the procedure.
2. PRACTICE the procedure.
3. REINFORCE the procedure.
Procedures in this class are in place for the following:

Morning announcements
When you are Tardy/Absent
GIVE ME 5!
How to get my attention
Headers on work you are turning in and how to turn in work
