GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche.

Base Salary:
Guarantee for 12 months - switch to Commission
Someone who has the ability to do quotes; this will be an inside/outside sales position
A technical engineering background
Product experience including fans, dampers, explosion protection equipment and pumps
Experience calling on OEMs, industrial contractors, End Users and Engineering Firms
Need to be able to generate RFO's and specs for equipment
A role with a high level of autonomy where someone will not be micromanaged
No capped commission structure where the sky is the limit
The company is full of long tenured employees - people tend to stay a long time
This person will run their territory like it's their own business
