Secondly Practical Based Activity To Improve An Individual Area Of Fitness In A Gym Facility Via The Implementation Of Goal Setting.
Lecture Based Teaching To Highlight;
-The Purpose Of Goal Setting
-Different Types Of Goal Setting (Short, Medium, Long Term
-How To Set Realistic Individual And Group Goals
Goal setting has the potential to take a theoretical subject and apply it in a practical sense
Students will be given a range of different physical events they can improve upon.
Student's in pairs, must then set their partner SMART goals and outline the dates they should be achieved by. Justifications of goals and deadlines will be required.
After a goal is met pupils must then record how long it took and the implications it had generally.
