GRS has an established database comprised of professionals to contact for referrals and to directly recruit

Established Network
GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals

Name Gather

GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals

Email Campaign

GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Jigsaw, and Ladders for qualified professionals along with monitoring resume boards and job sites

No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount

Preferably someone from a manufacturer
Someone from a distributor would work if they are not from one of the large national distributors such as Motion, Applied, etc.
Ability to travel 6-8 nights/month in the Northwest and about 10% - 15% with the Reps in CA, AZ and NV
Self-sufficient, autonomous individual
Currently selling to Motion, Applied or Kaman is ideal
Currently selling to the lumber industry would be a plus
Experience selling a product sold through Motion, Applied or Kaman
Strong mechanical aptitude

Average tenure is 10 - 12 years and the most tenured employee has been there for 35 years
This role is extremely autonomous
The person in this territory will have the feeling of running their own company and will be able to move in different directions with support
Opportunity to advance into other roles, specifically overseeing the Portland warehouse location
Smaller organization where someone can make a large impact
Immediate leadership opportunities by working with the independent reps
Not a very structured environment with an opportunity to make decisions easily
