Transcript of Visiting the horniman museum

This museum is extraordinary as it has so much to offer children of all ages.

To show you what you and your class could get from your visit, we have prepared:
1. a short video;
2. samples lesson plan;
3. sample mid term plan; and
4. a risk assessment.
Sample Lesson Plan
We have written a sample lesson plan for a Year 1 Geography lesson. This is based on the amazing "Extremes" exhibition.
Sample Mid Term Plan
Have a look at our sample mid term plan.
Risk Assessment
We have written a risk assessment that can be modified depending on the format required by your school, the specific requirements of your class, and travel implications depending on how you will be arriving at the museum.
Video
Check out our video showing you what is on offer for school trips.
