Graduated from Overbrook High School
Guion Stuart Bluford
Attended Williams Air Force Base
In July, 1968, Guy went to Sheppard Air Force Base as a instructor pilot.
First Mission: STS-8, Launched from Kennedy Space Center, Florida, August 30, 1983
STS-8 Orbited 98 times around the Earth in 145 hours before landing at Edwards Air Force Base in California
Used to be an Eagle Scout
In 2010 Guy was inducted into the International Space Hall Of Fame
Other Missions: STS-61-A, STS-39, AND STS-53.
