for starters, let me just say, I love to read. I also really don't enjoy science.
Not exactly my forte, if you will. So when my cooperating teacher
for ED-210 told us we'd be teaching an entire science unit, I was a little afraid. I chose the unit "Weather"
because it seemed easiest. Before the unit began.
our class celebrated Dr. Seuss' Birthday. The students wrote
Weather poems And created Water Cycle Booklets. I read the book "On The Same Day In March" Thunderstorm
Loud, Wet
Roaring, Dripping, Sticking
Bright, Dark
When I had to create
a bulletin board
for the Month of April Rainy days
sunny days So in the end reading aloud to students
whole group reading
small group reading
silent reading
