Biofeedback may be used to improve health, performance, and the physiological changes which often occur in conjunction with changes to thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
Biofeedback has been found to be effective for the treatment of headaches and migraines Biofeedback therapy is used to treat chronic pain, high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, back pain, headaches/ migraines, etc. Hope you enjoyed it. Examples

Taking deep breaths to slow down your heart rate or to relax * Biofeedback therapy: Essentially it is how to read your own body and know how your body works, rather than relying on doctors.
