The project proposed is a construction of 4 storey hotel at Lot 1234, Jalan Hospital, Sungai Buloh District, Selangor Darul Ehsan

The client of this project is Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM)

Cost of the project is about RM3 million

All the design is done by Consulting Civil & Structure engineers from HITECH ASSOCIATE

The architectural works is done by Azlina Abdullah Architect

The mechanical and electrical works is done by INFRA NETWORK CONSULTANTS

The QS consultant for this project will be JUB Ikatan Sepakat Sdn. Bhd.

Features of this hotel projects:

Have a seminar room (Ground floor)
Have a Surau (Musolla) for all the hotel guest
Have 51 hotel rooms
Have a lift passenger facility equipped with telephone lines for all the rooms in the hotel

The work duration for this project is 12 month

Total cost of the project is at RM3,004,009.95

There are 6 type of work that needs to be carried out, mainly on the C&S scope of work

The BQ produce does not include the scope of work from M&E engineers design.

Sewerage line
Consist of 5 proposed manhole each
at starting distance of 20m,60m, and 40m with a total of 200m long sewerage line to existing line
Water Supply
Proposed a suction tank of (3x3), with a peak flow = 1.08 L/s
Pressure head at existing pipeline is 130m and after design with 7 nodes each with distances of 65m,60m, and 7m with the last node at pressure head of 79.8m
Fire hydrant located as indicated of red mark, with pressure head of 81.164m from node 2.
Drainage
Taking into consideration of 5 years ARI with duration of 20 minutes storm flowing into an area of 0.67 hectares equivalent to 67.5 m2
Peak flow of 0.23 m3/s was to be estimated from storm
Proposed dimension for drain is (1x0.7) with 0.3m radius semi-circle at the bottom of drain
