The Big Bang is a scientific theory
It offers an understandable explanation for a creation of the universe
It is believed that it happened approximately 13.7 billion years ago
Something incredibly dense exploded and created the universe.
All matter, light and energy came from that explosion.
The first few elements that had been formed are Helium, Hydrogen and Lithium.
Our solar system is approximately 4.57 billion years old, which means it took a really long time for the planets to be actually formed
Georges Lemaitre was the first one to talk about the big bang, but he called it “Hypothesis of the primeval atom”.
Later it was named The Big Bang Theory.
The idea of big bang became the basis for Albert Einstein’s theory of general relativity
