So, what is the health triangle? The health triangle is a "triangle" that is composed of 3 main parts: physical, social, and mental/emotional health. You need to be physically, mentally (and emotionally), and socially fit to be considered healthy! Just because you're not sick, it doesn't mean you're healthy.
Mental/Emotional health
Mental health is about how you feel about yourself and your everyday life. Emotions are a big part of your mental health. Being mentally healthy basically means that you're generally optimistic about life and that you know how to handle the stress.

A few ways to be mentally healthy:
Be confident in yourself
Make good choices
Express your feelings
Set goals
Smile! :)
Social Health
Social health is about having healthy relationships. All it means to be socially healthy is to be able to keep
healthy
relationships. You don't have to be friends with everybody to be socially healthy.

A few ways to be socially healthy:
Join a group, like a school club or sports team
Make and keep new friends
Have good relationships with your family members
Disagree without getting upset
Listen to others well

Physical Health
Physical health is how your body works- and feels, inside and out. Physical health is all about being fit physically. Just make sure that you are taking good care of your body, and you'll be one step closer to being healthy.

Some ways to be physically healthy:
Eat
healthy
food
Drink plenty of water
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
Get enough sleep and
Avoid drugs and alcohol
