Four Mexicans and three albums Pierce The Veil The Creation of Pierce The Veil Pierce The Veil After the break up of Before Today (originally called Early Times) brothers Mike and Vic Fuentes formed Pierce The Veil, the name derived from a Before Today song, in 2006. Influenced by bands such as Sleeping With Sirens and You Me At Six, drummer Mike and vocalist, keyboardist, and guitarist Vic recorded "A Flair For The Dramatic" in the studio their parents built for then in Seattle in 2007. With the addition of guitarist Tony Perry and bassist Jaime Preciado, Pierce The Veil was complete. Two New Members The band released their second album, "Selfish Machines," on June 21, 2010, with Equal Vision Records. "The title refers to human nature and the animal-like qualities inside all of us that we try and hide, but should just learn to accept. We are all selfish machines and we all have natural tendencies to want, love, and take," explained Vic Fuentes. Selfish Machines The first single "King For A Day' was released on June, 5, 2012, featuring Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens. The second single "Bulls In The Bronx" was debuted Their third full length album was revealed on May 17, 2012. Pierce The Veil appeared in Vans Warped Tour with Kellin Quinn coming on stage to perform "King For A Day." Collide With The Sky Now complete, Pierce The Veil is currently touring southeast Asia.
