How do you change the font?
How do you change the size,color,& style of the text?
How do you use different underline styles,font effect, highlight.
I need to understand style and quick parts.
quick styles : first select the text, add to quick parts gallery, open gallery, click save selection as new quick style on the menu.
You can change your font, by going to the Home tab & click the arrow by Calibri & select you font.
Font size: you locate the Font size Box on the Formatting toolbar on the Mini toolbar. Color:click the arrow next to the font color button in the font group & choose the color. style: select the text, then in the home tab click either bold,italic,or underline.
Diffrent underlines: click the "U"and then click the options. Font effects, then click the blue A and select option: to highlight , select text, you click the Ab button.
How do you copy using format painter?
click the format painter button and then selct the text you want and then it will change.
