A Healthy Life
Exercise is important because it can make you live longer, allow you to be able to have more endurance and so much more!
It is important to take care of your body if
you want to live a long
If you are suffering from loads of pressure and you are depressed for a long time, that is called
Dealing with stress is important because in the big picture, stress can cause health problems
Managing your self means to make healthy choices as simply as changing your snack from chips to maybe an apple!
Some people feel depressed because they are not happy with the way they look; we need to make the best of what we have!
You need to have at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day (its better to have an hour)
Don't worry about joining your local soccer team or something; walking to school and helping wth the groceries is also considered exercise!

Eating healthy is important to make sure that your body has the right nutrients to fight diseases and not get overweight
