Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed
Diana was born on 1st July 1961 in Park House , in Great Britain and died on 31st August 1997 in Paris, in France. She was a member of British Royal Family. She was the first wife of Charles, prince of Wales. She belonged to Windsors Dynasty. Diana and Charles' wedding took place on 29th July 1981 in St. Paul Catedral in London. They got divorced in 1996 . In 1997 princess Diana had a car accident while paparazzi were chasing her. Her driver Henri Paul and Diana's fiance Dodi Al-Fayed died at the scene of the accident and princess Diana passed away in the hospital few hours later.
Her family and her friends came to the funeral. Her ex-husband, brother and older son carried her coffin. Her younger son put a scrap of paper with a flower on coffin with inscription "Mummy".
Monument of princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed stands in Harrods, because Dodi Al-Fayed was the son of the owner.

Harrods is a big department store on Brompton Road , in Knightsbridge district, in London. The Harrods Group enters Harrods- department store, Harrods Bank, Harrods Estates, Harrods Casino, Harrods Aviation and Air Harrods.

On 17th December 1983, a phone rang with a warning and then a trap-car exploded outside the store. The caller said that there were bombs inside and outside the builiding. Three policemen tried to disarm it, but it was unsuccessful. The bomb exploded. Six people died and ninety people were injured.
History of Harrods
In 1849 Henry Charles Harrod opened his first store. Present building dates back to 1905 and it is seven floor high .
In years 1985-2010 Harrods belonged to Al-Fayed brothers (Alie and Mohamed, father of Dodi Al-Fayed). They bought Group of Harrods for 615 million pounds.
Alexander McQueen designed a wedding dress for princess Kate. His dresses are available in Harrods.
15 million people visit Harrods every year.
