0 The film is exaggerated
0 Guggenheim proves his point of lacking teachers
0 The film, although stretched, is still accurate and proves a good point
0 Makes sense teachers want raise in squo but too far and unions ineffective
0 Waste tax money to do nothing

0 The education system will be completely corrupted
0 Teachers will completely revoke proper teaching
0 Students will give up the hope of a future
0 Teachers Union will have taken over
0 Education Depression
0 The situation will be irrevocable

But if Changes are made...
0 Some make a concerned effort to change things
0 Tenure rules can be changed or revoked
0 Support students instead of the educators
0 If change isn't in the near future, the walls will crumble
0 Reform can be interior or exterior
0 Change starts within the people of America
0 Teachers unions have progressed through the years, somewhat in a downward way
0 Teachers are protected under the law on tenure subjecting them to sitting and doing nothing, but still earning money
0 Michelle Rhee went head on against the ways of the Teachers Union in attempt to reform it
0 The education system in America has taken a turn for the worst in some cases and can become un-fixable in the near future
0 Guggenheim made excellent points and pointed out flaws that needed fixing regarding the education of the youth of America
0 All students are directly affected by
the affairs of the education system in place
0 When youth are affected by such things, their future becomes at risk
0 Laziness is contagious from teachers to students
0 Students are subjected to subpar education

0 Davis Guggenheim uses Michelle Rhee, colorful graphs and cartoons, political rallies, and emotional music to convey his argument
0 Michelle Rhee as a martyr
0 Pathos and Logos are used in luring the audience in

0 Tenure 1st when NJ help professors
0 Women discriminated-- pants, pregancy, married
0 Tedious, not carried over
0 Sued= teachers rich

0 NYC rubber room eliminated
0 Harlem's children zone better
0 Increased opposition after Michelle
