Storytelling "Sing in me,Muse, and through me tell the story of the man skilled in all ways of contending, the wanderer, harried for years on end, after he plundered the stronghold on the proud height of Troy." Homer Muse With the help of Muse, Homer tells the story of the Odyssey. Odysseus tells the cyclops a short summary of his life, which is a lie. He tricks the giant into thinking he is shipwrecked and his name is "Nohbdy" so that when the cyclops gets hurt and yells for help all he can say is "Nohbdy ruined me!" Cyclops Tiresias tells Odysseus how is life is going to go after he leaves the land of the dead.
He will deny hiself, restrain crew, stay clear of Helio's cattle or all crew will die, him alone will survive, he will have trouble at home, he will have no ship, he has men stealing his life and wife, he will die in battle, he will rest peaceful at sea.

Land of the Dead Odysseus told the story of his journey in one night. He does this so he can get a ship to finish his journey home. The Phaeacians Created by Alex Jenkins and Lindsey Lee Odysseus
