Quantify where possible
Include outcomes where possible
Include information about the type of population you worked with/type of work your organization did
Work/Employment (Show dedication)
Skills (language, computer)
Stick to one page
Triple check for spelling and grammatical errors
Be consistent with headings, fonts, and margins
Fonts: no smaller than 10 points
Margins: no less than .5 inches
If printing, use resume quality paper
If submitting electronically, send as a pdf file

What experience should I include?
Focus on related experience (volunteer work) or experience with transferable skills (work in your extracurriculars)
Experience from high school is OK until the end of your sophomore/beginning of your junior year
