Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000
Understanding of electrical or pneumatic actuation
Need to be able to manage people (could be first management position)
Must be very strong technically with a solution sales mentality
An engineering degree is ideal
Customer oriented
Ability to communicate well and present to the customer
