How Did Hitler Change The World?
Transcript of How Did Hitler Change The World?
and some people believe the person
who started World War 2. This is
how he changed the world. Hitler was born in 1889 in Austria.
Young Hitler had wanted to be an
artist. His father died when Hitler
was 13, and he was raised by his mother who passed away when Hitler was only 19. Hitler left for Vienna shortly
after his mothers death. He lived off of soup kitchens and homeless shelters for about a year. He declined offers of regular employent, and chose instead to sell some of his paintings. Hitler moved to Munich
after living in Vienna for awhile.
When the first world war, or "the
war to end wars" broke out, Hitler
signed up to fight. He was promoted to
Corporal because of his outstanding service.
Hitler was gassed while fighting, recovered, and in December 1918 he returned to Munich where he recieved the Medal Of Bravery. Hitler was a great public speaker, and because of that he was accepted into the Nazi Political party. He became the leader shortly after being accepted into the party. Hitler went to jail some time after that
it was in jail that he wrote his book, Mein Kampf, meaning "My Struggle". Hitler was sentenced to five years in prison, but that was later shortened due to his growing popularity with the people. Hitler became Chancellor of Germany. Hitler took over Germany, and became Dictator. He then led his people into war, and shortly before they lost he and his wife, Eva Braun, killed themselves. The bodies were then incinerated. How did Hitler change the world? Millions of lives were lost due to World War One, which was ultimately caused by Hitler's psychotic mind and hatred of the Jews. Israel was also created.
People now know that dictatorship is NOT the way to go if you want a strong government. Many people believed Hitler's empty promises. And I believe that we all learned the hard way that war doesn't solve anything, and psychotic men or women should never rule a country and have access to war machines. That is how Hitler changed the world.
