Try mixing grains as a first step to switching to whole grains
Use Monounsaturated fats (plant oils like canola oil, peanut oil, and olive oil, as well as avocados, nuts and seeds)
Use Polyunsaturated fats (Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, sunflower, corn, soybean, flaxseed oils, and walnuts)
Activity
You're going to create your own healthy eating plan! Be realistic, think of healthy alternatives, what you can add/remove from your meals.
