What is Hollywood?
Well, it's the film industry of the United States Hollywood is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States. As of July 1, 2008, The city grew in the 1950s and 1960s, and is now the 12th largest city in Florida! The word "Hollywood" is is often used for the American film and television industry. In 1853 hollywood was created by Harvey Henderson Wilcox The name Hollywood was coined by Hobart Johnstone Whitley Him and his wife Gigi came up with the name in 1886 while on their honeymoon. On January 22, 1947, the first TV station west of the Mississippi River, KTLA, began opening in Hollywood. The first Hollywood movie was made for the t.v, they didn't have any movie theaters.
I the 1950s, music recording studios and offices began moving into Hollywood. Hollywood clothing are very different then Bollywood.
Hollywood actors and actresses also act very differently. Hollywood movies are very different then
Bollywood alot, Hollywood has no music between the movies, but Bollywood does. What is Bollywood?
well bollywood is the name given to the Mumbai-based Hindi-language film industry in India. •The term Bollywood was created by Bombay (the city now called Mumbai) If Bollywood movies don't have any
song-and-dance, indian people will not buy that movie. Indian movies are about 3-4 hour long!
Bollywood song and dance! Most actors, especially today, are excellent dancers, few are also singers. Several major films in the 1950s were sold in 2mins, because few old famous actors were acting in those movies. The dancing in Bollywood films, especially older ones, is on Indian dance: classical dance styles, dances of historic northern Indian (tawaif), or folk dances What is Bollywood dancing? Bollywood dancing is a name for modern Indian dancing
It's fun and very hard and there's a lot of deep meaning behind music in the films. You can actually express what the music means, through the movement of the body.

Why is dancing so important to Bollywood films? People in India have been brought up on musicals and if the music in a film isn't very good, sometimes the movie doesn't sell. Specific producers, such as Yash Chopra, Karan Johar generally produce movies with very emotional songs. The films song lyrics are often written by different people.
The dialogues are mostly written in Hindi, with use of Urdu
Urdu is another language close to Hindi
Song lyrics are usually about love. Bollywood song lyrics, especially in the old movies, use Urdu or Hindustani vocabulary which has many meaning to Arabic and Persian words. The Urdu language is close the Persian language.

5.Aishwarya Rai They have millions of fans and many people in India consider Bollywood like religion. All of them are the leading actors of Bollywood.
