Your Family Home Day Care last goal is to make sure that you as the parents of the child are very comfortable each day that your child is in my home day care. It is important to me that you are not stressed out at work wondering how your child is doing. You are more than welcome to call me as often as you need every day to check in on your child. Life is stressful enough and I strive to give you one less thing to worry about. Your Family Home Day Care second goal is to guide your child through all stages of development. I believe the needs and rights of the child come first. The proposition of my developmental approach is that children are naturally curious and desirous to learn. SECTION 2: Description and analysis of the Business Situation In order to become a licensed home daycare teacher I would need to have certain qualifications and experience on the field. According to the Massachusetts State Requirements for Daycare’s Centers or Home Daycare’s you will need to be older than 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent to it. I would need at least 9 months of supervised work experience with children under seven years old and on top of that have at least a three credit course in Child Growth and Development.
