That 68% of consumers with Facebook accounts say a positive referral from a Facebook friend would make them more likely to buy from or visit a retailer. Over 40 Companies responded and indicated that by adding either Testimonials or Reviews to their sites, their Conversion Rates went up between 34% and 396%. What is earned media?
