How To Stop Smoking Cigarettes?
Smoking is responsible for several diseases, such as cancer and heart attack. Smoking cigarettes is the slow way painfully but it is surely to end your life.
First of all, if you smoke cigarettes, your teeth may become stained.

Second, if you smoke, you will develop bad breathe.
It is really hard to quit smoking because it is very addictive. But if you try really hard to stop smoking, you could quit.
•Every year hundreds of thousands of people around the world die from diseases caused by smoking cigarettes . In the U.S.A alone, 440000 people and in Canada, 37000 were killed because of smoking.
•In younger people, three out of four deaths from heart disease are caused by smoking.
•The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette you smoke temporarily increases your heart rate and blood pressure, and straining your heart.

Third, smoking can cause almost 10 different cancers such as mouth and stomach cancer, so smoking can lead to death.

Lastly, cigarettes can be expensive and a waste of money.
Right below is a video on why you shouldn't smoke.
There are some things you can do instead of smoking such as taking a rest or going for a walk with your dog. Being active is a good way to distract you from smoking. You can be active by playing sports, going for a walk every day instead of just staying at your house and watching TV.
If you really cannot stop smoking but you want to quit, the most important thing is the support from your family and your friends.
If you tried to stop smoking but it didn't work, you should try again.
