Experience selling mechanically engineered industrial products
Experience selling blowers, vacuum pumps, hose or rotating equipment is a plus
Knows how to talk about motors, pressure, flow and material characteristics
Ability to get to the right decision makers
Curiosity for how things work
Hands on, technical, hard worker
Sales acumen - must come to decisions quickly, can't be an overthinker
High energy, comfortable in team environment
