full product availability and the scale of the event have the objective of making the workforce feel proud of belonging to the New Holland team.
Considerations
The New Holland Training Camp has been carried out in the last few years in different countries in Europe, one of which was held in Turin (Italy) and two editions in the south of Spain (Málaga and Cádiz), with great success, generating a high level of attendance and expectations from all over Europe.

This has turned the training into a theoretical, practical and primarily dynamic and technological educational experience, which has helped train the New Holland European Sales Force at an advanced level.

Upon arrival to the "Anita Estate", in the corporate room prepared for the meeting, there will be a briefing on the training. If there are two groups speaking different languages, an additional marquee will be provided to deliver the two speeches simultaneously.
Briefing
We propose an impactful Opening that communicates the creative concept...



...to make then New Holland European Sales Force be motivated.

The training participants will be welcomed at the main entrance of a large marquee, with the understanding that there they will be provided with the briefing to start the training.

When they enter the marquee, they will be amazed to be inside a dark and open space, colored with blue light beams. In the center there will be a large, black cube, triggering the element of surprise.

As they approach the cubic structure, two of its walls become sliding doors, allowing all participants to access.

As they enter, they will perceive an innovative and technological space where they can be seated and begin to experience the new concept for the Training Camp 2014.

They will be inside a giant LED cube where they will view 360° videos and images transmitting impressive teaser screenings of the products (tractors and combine harvesters) in their ideal habitat, generating a huge impact, and reinforced with Sensurround 5.1 sound.

We will generate a crucial theme of leadership and sales, thereby enhancing the influence and power of persuasion.

Audiovisual media are essential elements of our communications.

Italy, a country of passions and emotions, of good food, good wine and unique sensations, Emilia­Romagna and its Adriatic coast are the perfect place to hold this original and elegant special dinner.

A country with a marked artistic tradition, birthplace of the best artists and with a deep-rooted history of musical performances...

On the beach, the ideal place for summer nights with the sound of the sea producing relaxation and enjoyment, accompanied by chill-out decoration and lighting. A venue for good food and musical fusion (Violins & MashUp).
CREATIVE CONCEPT

During dinner, and perfectly visible, twenty body painting artists will be preparing their performance as if a part of the decor.

After dinner, and in a dark-colored structure, a loud and highly impactful performance will take place, leaving no one indifferent, creating the New CR of New Holland. The sea will be seen as the backdrop, together with live lighting and sound; a modern DJ in a structure, an innovative violinist on stage, a tenor and a soprano who, as a surprise element, will appear on stage accompanying the performance with the legendary and well-known "O Sole Mio" by Enrico Caruso. Opera is a must on the special night of the Training Camp 2014.

For the ending, once the scene has been set up, cold fireworks will simulate wheat around the performance, generating the Wow! effect that has been building up throughout the evening, thus finishing off the Gala dinner that will be long remembered by the participants of the Training Camp 2014.
