Women leaving the house without being fully covered is a crime in some countries but in others like the USA, it is not only not a crime but in some municipalities, being fully covered is a crime.
In some countries, vaccines are required by law and in other countries vaccines of any kind are looked at with suspicion and contempt and no law forces parents to vaccinate their children.
Holocaust denial is illegal and prosecuted in many places but not in the USA which prizes free speech.
Honor killings are not prosecuted in some countries but in places that are civilized, it's still called murder.
Speaking out against the government is illegal in some countries, some more than others. In China it can get you a prison term. In North Korea it can get you killed and yet in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Israel and Germany, it's practically a sport.

Adultery is a crime punishable by death in some countries and not a crime in others. Some countries have laws against it but do not prosecute adulterers.A married woman who has been raped is considered an adulterer in some countries and can be executed.
