By the time Harriet was 93 she saved over 300 slaves and made her house a foster care. Harriet was a undercover spy and a nurse for the army Harriet died in 1913.

When Harriet got older she adopted her mothers name Harriet her real name was Amaminta Ross. Harriet got married to a man named John Tubman. Harriet and John didn't have any kids.
Harriet wasn't a free woman but her husband was and she wanted to be free so she set off one night and ran away to the Underground Railroad. Harriet got safely to Philedelphia PA. and became a conductor.
Being a conductor
Harriet Tubman was born on 1820. She was born into slavery. Harriet lived on Marylands Eastern hometown. Harriet didn't attend school in slavery they were not allowed to read or write.
When Harriet was a child she had to work variouly as a maid, a nurse, a cook, a field hand and a woodcutter.
Harriet's older life
Harriet became a conductor and started helping people. Harriet helped her sister,husband and the kids.Harriet belonged to groups the Abolition movement and the Underground Railroad.
