There are many easy ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily lives.

Adequate nutrition is so important because food gives your body fuel. This fuel is in the form of calories, which are a kind of energy. In a day, your body needs a certain amount of calories just to function, breathe, and do all the basic stuff you do in a day. But if you are more physically active your body needs extra calories to replace the energy you used up.

IT'S ALL ABOUT BALANCE
IT'S ALL ABOUT BALANCE
IT'S ALL ABOUT BALANCE
FUELING YOUR BODY WITH FOOD
STAYING HYDRATED
GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP

When you exercise, your brain releases a chemical called endorphins
These endorphins can make you feel happier

Physical activity has a positive influence on concentration and memory
It's important to drink water before, during, and after exercise. This is to make sure that you stay at your peak strength, power, and endurance
It's also important because it replenishes your fluid loss
A benefit of physical activity is that it gives you more energy for your day, but it also helps you fall asleep at night
Getting enough sleep during the night is important for being able to have energy to carry out daily physical activities
"Don't just think about it. Do it, do it, do it!"
