ANNOUNCEMENTS
No Job Searching on weekens or holidays
If you have Medical appointment of ANY KIND you need to let your Case Manager know at least a week in advance so that they may prepare a Medical IR for you. CAs will no longer be writing Med IRs unless an emergency arises.
-NO ceramic cups outside or upstairs!
-Styrofoam cups will NOT be issued!
All work schedules must be turned in the day prior to you going to work.
Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action!
If you get into an accident while walking or riding your bike, etc. and are injured, please do not hesitate to file a police report. You also will need to inform staff when you get back and fill out an accident report.
-Cereal will be placed out at 4am on Saturdays and 5am on Sundays.
-If the weights continue to not be put away and left on the grass, they will be taken away.


If you make tips at work you must turn them in to the CA desk to be put on your account. This money will be put into your account when accounting gets the tips.

Banking Day Process

If you are in house during banking hours, you must pick up your funds at the banking window that day. If you do not pick up your monthly cash draw you may experience a couple of days delay on receiving your funds.


Please be aware that banking is the 3rd Monday
if every month from 3:00pm to 6:30 pm.
The banking window is located inside the cafeteria
by the ice machine. THANKS FROM ACCOUNTING!!

EVERYONE MUST PARTICIPATE

ONLY HOUSKEEPING CAN APPROVE ROOMS

Beginning next week, Tuesday the 4th , visiting hours will change to Tues: 7-9 Pm, Thurs: 7-9 pm, and Sun: 7-9 pm.

It will hopefully provide more use of the dining area to more residents and/or residents and families. If you have any thoughts for any of the time slots please let Mick knw. Also if you have items that may be useful for crafts, games, etc. and would like to donate, again please contact Mick . Resident will be informed by memo and have been informed the last two resident government meetings.
Shoes/Boots are not allowed in the hallways. Please ask for a plastic bag to put your Boots/Shoes in and store them in your room. Shoes found in the hallways will be removed.
Only 1 Sack Lunch will be given for each meal missed.
If you are scheduled to be here for any of the following meal times you will not get a sack lunch to cover it. Snack does NOT count as a meal.
Breakfast: 4:00 am - 7:15 am
Lunch :11:30am - 12:30 pm
Dinner: 5:00pm - 6:30
If you end up having to work late and will miss dinner please call the CA desk to request a late plate if you already havnt. Late plate sign up sheet is below this TV.

Starting next pass sheet cycle ( 9/13 - 9/19) all private residence pass locations
MUST HAVE A LAND LINE PHONE.
Verizon, Magicjack, Straight Talk, any phone connected to a cellular or internet network will not be allowed. If you have any questions as to whether your pass sites phone number is an actual landline have the CAs validate the phone number for you. Please kite your case manager for exceptions. Exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.
Self administered prescriptions are now in your mailboxes. Medications in your mailboxes need to stay there. You are responsible for them as prescribed.
Attention Residents: It is taking the credit card company longer than they expected to complete the banking process. Please know it is being worked on and will hopefully be compete tomorrow (Friday 10-12-18). This means some residents may not have their balance available to them. If it is not fixed by Friday, we can look into checks on an individual basis.
