Belief is the condition of holding a thing to be true or probable, giving credit to a person or an idea, giving confirmation to or having faith in a story, also the belief is the feeling that something exists or is truth. we believe of the existence of God without any doubt that's what we called religious beliefs. In our lives we use beliefs as a path to guide us toward the end. In Macbeth play its obvious that people during that time they were believing in Christianity as well as supernatural figures such like magic, witches, and destiny.
Christianity & Supernatural Figures
lady Macbeth is the one who has bad influence on her husband she can controls his decisions, that shows she has strong powerful personality.
How lady Macbeth similar to Eve ?
lady Macbeth , a deeply ambitious woman who seeks for higher position and rank. She got easily convinced by the letter, she wants to pursuit her desire , no matter what the consequences are. Eve also she got easily inspired by the serpent when she told her if you eat from the tree of knowledge you will become like God, and you will know good from evil. At the same time both Lady Macbeth and Eve did their best to persuade their husbands to do their own will and desire. Meanwhile, we cannot neglect that neither Adam nor Macbeth has in their deep mind the will to achieve their wives' dreams or goals.
How Macbeth Is Similar to Adam ?
Question !!
who acts the same like Eve ??
Lady Macbeth: "what beast what was't then that made you break this enterprise to me? when you durst do it, then yo you were a man; and, to be more than what you were, you would be so much more the man. Nor time nor place did then adhere, and yet you would make both: they have made themselves, and that their fitness now does unmake you.I have given suck, and know how tender tis' to love the babe that milks me : i would, while it was smiling in my face, have pluck'd my nipple from his boneless gums, and dash'd the brains out, had i sworn as you have done to this." (1.7.52-75)
Answer : the three withes
After eating the forbidden they realized that is did not make them wiser or even greater. It actually cause them to leave the Eden Garden that they were living there . As well as lady Macbeth and Macbeth they did not live happier with greater rank or as queen and king, they ended up with the worst ending. both ruined up their beautiful lives, because of their bad deeds (sins) .
Their Lives !!
Adam and Macbeth they are both easily manipulated , they got easily convinced by their wives. They have in their deep desire the will to be someone greater , but they are keeping that blind desire till Lady Macbeth or Eve motivate them. they are men who are controlled by their women. They are ambitious, but at the same time they are hesitated and need someone to push them toward their own desires and dreams.
Macbeth : Methought, I heard a voice cry, "sleep no more! Macbeth does murder sleep that knits up the ravell'd sleave of care, blum of hurts minds, great nature's second course, chief nourisher in life's feast. ( 2.2.46-52).

Macbeth is feeling guilty, loss of innocence, and his loyalty. He will not be able to sleep anymore.
After he received that the murders who he are hired by him, had killed Banquo. He start hallucinating again when Banquo's ghost appeared to him while he was having a banquet with all the sccotich noble men.
Banquo's Ghost
Macbeth :come we'll to sleep. My strange and self- abuse is the initiate fear, that wants hard use: we are yet but young in deed."(3.4.172-175)

life after life
( heaven or hell )
As Christians we all believe that we are going to face God's judgment. Either we go to heaven or to hell. That judgment based on our deed throughout our life. We believe that there is life after our physical death; our soul will transfer to be controlled by our God. "Some make it into heaven, some make it into hell Nobody want to lose, nobody want to fail
Nobody want to die, nobody want to kill
The things we do just to make it through
But nobody want to lose, nobody want to fail
Nobody want to die, we're just trying to Live our life" Meek Mill

People back time they also believed in life after life. That is obvious in Macbeth play . they have talked about God's judgement several times specially when the porter of Macbeth's castle was talking randomly about heaven and hell.
heaven & hell in Macbeth
I go, and it is done; the bell invites me. Hear it not, Duncan, for it is a knell that summons thee to heaven or to hell.( 2.1.69-71)
Macbeth before killing Duncan, after he determined that he will kilL him in that night. And he is telling him that be ready Duncan today is your last day either you will be sent to heaven or to hell.
There were a lot of religious beleifs in Macbeth. That helps the theme which is illusion versus reality, "fair is foul and foul is fair"
