Video
I am 11 years old. This year, I am in the 5th grade. I love to take pictures. I want to go to college and become a professional photogrpaher.
I like turtles because I had the opportunity to assist in the hatchling program in South Padre Island. It was a very rewarding experience.

I got my first camera at 8 years old and I have been taking pictures since then.
I enjoy reading and hanging out with my friends.
Music
I am really inspired by the music of Katy Perry. She is a person who writes music that is honest and makes you feel good. Her lyrics are very meaningful and leaves you feeling good about yourself .
Copyright Usage on Music
In your presentation, you may use up to 10% of a song or musical work. In some of the guidelines no more than 3 minutes from one song and if you use more, than you need to ask permission. The citation is listed at the end of your presentation in the bibliography.
This is an inspirational video that is made from many of my favorite movies. The message is about following your dreams and being yourself. The message that it is sending out is a very powerful one. I view it when I feel the need to lift my spirits and it keeps me going.

Poem
Nothing Gold Can Stay

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf,
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day
Nothing gold can stay.

by Robert Frost

Poem - Text Selection
After reading the story "The Outsiders" by S.E. Hinton, I was introduced to the poem "Nothing Gold Can Stay" by Robert Frost. It summed my motto - "Be true to yourself". As a soon to be teenager, there are a lot of pressures to act or be a certain way and I feel that you can make the most difference just being yourself.
