Transcript of Skydiving Friction

The friction that is used for skydiving solves many problems. It helps make you go slow and without it you wouldn't have a good grip on your parachute. But the type of material that parachute has or Its full body jump suit material can also affect the speed your falling and how fast you travel in your parachute. ENVIRONMENTAL
Skydiving can be very environmental but in a bad way. Without a plane to jump out of there is no way where you can go skydiving. Planes are what effect the environment, damaging it. However, some companies try to stay 'green' in a attempt to slow down emissions, an initiative, which has been increasingly present over the past decade or so. ECONOMIC
Economic: An example of a skydiving company is in Wollongong, Sydney, Australia. The expenses are $300 for a 14,000-foot drop.
Many people like doing skydiving as a hobby and a sport.
If there are multiple attractions in a popular area there are most options for people to do fun sports/activities to do, such as skydiving. -Skydiving uses a kinetic friction. In swooping competitions the thinner the parachute the suspension lines, the faster you can fly also. This relates to friction, drag and overall weight.
One of the friction that is used in skydiving is the air.
-Air resistance is how drag depends upon the surface area to the air it is moving to.
-For example: One piece of paper flat another loosely crumbled and both are identical. If you doped them both at the same time and the same height and there was no air it would fall at the same time. Friction is effective in solving the problem. For instance, if there is no friction when jumping off a plane your wouldn't be able to stop and wouldn't be able to take your parachute out. You would fall right to the ground.
No air= no friction -Using planes for skydiving damages the way the earth is developed. To help not damage more of what is already getting hurt you can....
do skydiving for free meaning you can go hiking to a cliff and jump from the distance from there down.
-However, this is more dangerous to be done by beginners since there is more lower altitude. So once you jump you must take out your parachute.
