Google Images is a public image browsing service that is widely used.
Net Neutrality
Net Neutrality is a form of browsing which gives full access to all information to all people using the browsing service. Net Neutrality also has no favoriting or blocking of content.
Google Images and Net Neutrality
It would be very problematic if Google Images adopted Net Neutrality. They would have to remove the "safe search" option, allowing young kids to view inappropriate images.
Any one can post a picture on Google Images. It has a "safe search" feature that, when enabled, will block any mature content.
