Geographical Location The Punjab region is between North India and Pakistan
The people are called Punjabis and the language is Punjabi.
The region gets influence from India and Pakistan geographically and religiously. Between Pakistan and India The Punjab Region Geographical Features Agriculture is the biggest sector of the economy due to extensive irrigation.
Natural Products: wheat, cotton, sugarcane, corn, lentils, and vegetables.
Referred to as the 'bread basket' of India.
The region only has freshwater fish due to its geographical location. It's a land of five rivers, including: Beas, Satluj, Chenab, Ravi, and Jhelum Extensive Irrigation Corn Cotton Dairy Products Sugar Cane Wheat Dairy Products are also a very important part of the agricultural sector Religions The Main Religions Include: •These three religions can’t eat pork (except for Hindus, they can’t consume pork during some occasions only).
