History Of The Italian Flag
The military think that the colors of this flag is based on the colors of Milan (red/ white) and Milanese civic guard (green)
White : The white ,snowy mountains
Green : The plains and hills
Red : For the blood in wars
Biography of Michelangelo
Michelangelo was a painter, sculptor, architect, and poet. He was born in Caprese, Italy (Republic of Florence) , March 6, 1475. He died in Rome, Italy Feburary 18,1564, at the age of 88. He created a fresco painting on the ceiling of The Sistine Chapel. Also he sculpted David and the Pieta.
Attractions
There are many attractions in Italy. Like the Colosseum in Rome, Castel Del Monte in Andria, and The Supreme Court of Cassation in the Republic of Serbia. The Colosseum is considered the most popular tourist attraction in Rome and, the Colosseum has over 80 entrances. An earthquake caused the destruction we see today. The Castel Del Monte is a medieval castle built by Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II in the 13th century. The Court of Cassation overturned many crimes like thefts and deaths in Italy.
Climate
Italy is a country in Europe.
We will learn about the History of the Italian Flag, a Biography of Michelangelo, The Attractions, the Climate, Food in Italy, Holidays/ Celebrations, Music/ Dance, and Why you should visit Italy .The area of Italy is 116, 320 sq. mi. The language is Italian.

Italy has hot and dry summers and mild winters. The mountains are snowy and the northern inland area has a cool climate but on the east coast italian peninsula have colder winters. On the coast of Venice, snow rarely falls when snow does fall the cold is harsh but has bright skies.
Italian Food
Holiday/ Celebration
There are many foods in Italy. The common foods are pasta and pizza. Other dishes include Zuppa di Pesce (Italian Fish Soup), Risotto (a rice dish), Minestrone (vegetable and bean soup). Scaloppine di Vitello is another favorite dish.
There are many Italian holidays. One of them is Epiphany on Janurary 6 every year. This holiday is based on the story of 3 wise men giving Jesus gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
Why should we visit?
Music/Dance
Italy has many types of music and dances. Italian folk dance has been part of the culture for many centuries. Tarantella is a folk dance in Italy. Orginally, this dance was for lower and middle classes. Its been labeled as a dance to cure sickness and a dance of courtship.
Italy is a great place to visit. Italy has great food, attractions, people, climate, holidays, and more. You should visit Italy because of some of the music, they are very calming. The attractions in Italy are very tall and shocking. Venice is the eleventh largest city in Italy. The people ride around in boats for easy transportation through the canals of water through Venice.
Now I want to go to Italy. I want to go to Venice and travel in the waters too.
I love the musics and dances.
This holiday is unique.
