The most satisfied age group in the workforce is working retirees.
The industries with the most satisfied workers are the Healthcare and Internet industries.
Hourly based pay and lower level job titles showed the lowest employee satisfaction.
This survey showed the least happy age group was the Millennials, those under 30.
The industry that had the worst year for employee satisfaction was Financial Services.
Why is it important to start thinking about this right now when you have so many other things competing for your time?
This program helps you approach your career plan with less bias. For example, it removes factors like: Parents, Personal Biases or unpredictable factors to help you target something that may be more meaningful!

SPECIFIC and MEASURABLE
General Goal: I will be a good student this year.
Specific Goal: I will get achieve at least a 3.o by:
1. Studying class work at least 30 minuets nightly.
2. Visiting the Academic Support Center weekly
3. Speaking face to face to my teachers at least once a semester.
General Goal: I would like to be a pilot
Attainable Goal: I will take an Introduction to Aviation Course summer of 2014."
General Goal: I will find a job in business when I graduate.
Realistic and Timely Goal: I will research companies on hireLINK and find an internship for summer 2014 in the field of Sales Marketing.
