“My name is _______. I’m a believer who struggles with ________.”

Open the meeting in prayer.
An option would be to read “The Problem”, “The Solution”. Read the Small Group Guidelines

1. Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings. Limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.
2. There is NO cross talk.
3. We are here to support one another, not “fix” another.
4. Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements. What is shared in the group stays in the group. The only exception is when someone threatens to injure themselves or others.
5. Offensive language has no place in a Christ-centered recovery group. We also want to avoid graphic descriptions. 6. The Open Share Group Leader is to ensure that The small group guidelines are followed.

These Guidelines are critical to the success of our Celebrate Recovery.
