Spiritual Health Smart Goal
I will meditate for ten minutes, before I go to bed, every day so that I can be more spiritually healthy by the end of the semester.
At least 8 hours of sleep per night
1. Using coping skills when feeling stressed out
2. Journal when upset
3. Look at the positive in each situation
4. Reach out for help when needed
5. Be kind to myself with my inner dialogue
