Drink Coffee Instead!
Coffee is safe, affordable and available on virtually every corner.
Coffee contains anywhere from 40-80 mg of caffeine, while energy drinks contain anywhere from 200-300 mg of caffeine.
Although coffee contains caffeine it's completely harmless compared to the effects of energy drinks.
Coffee is actually good for you!
Coffee can lower your risk of Type II Diabetes, Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's disease.
It also contains essential vitamins and minerals, such as Potassium and Vitamin B5.
Drink Tea Instead!
By replacing energy drinks with tea, energy is retained and antioxidants are added.
Tea can also reduce the risk of heart attack.
The antioxidants are known to prevent some types of cancer, including: breast, skin, lung, esophagus, liver, ovarian and oral cancers.
Green Tea burns fat into fuel, improves muscle endurance and improves bone mineral density and strength.
It has also been found that people who drink tea have a lower BMI and are more hydrated.
