Conflict: a struggle between two opposing forces
a struggle within the mind a character which creates suspense

a struggle between a character and an outside force such as nature or another character, which drives the dramatic action of the plot

Please be aware that these conflicts will be discussed using different terms: some teachers will use "character" while others may use the universal term "man"
