Healthy, active lifestyle: a lifestyle that
contributes positively to physical, mental
and social well being, and includes regular
exercise and physical activity. A healthy active lifestyle has a positive
effect on physical and mental/psychological well being.
People who exercise regularly and have an active social life with a network of friends tend to cope better with the stresses of everyday life.
