Transcript of The Game of LIfe

In the book Tuesdays with Morrie, Mitch Albom explains that "Life is a series of pull backs and forth. You want to do one thing, but you are bound to do something else. Something hurts you, yet you know it shouldnt. You take certain things for granted, even when you know you never should take anything for granted." (Albom 40)
Life's Journey
Maddie Emmet, Anslee McEldoon, and Mara Peroutka
Life's a journey of ups and downs, full of obstacles and regrets but the way you live your life determines who you are as a person.
My wise stepfather pointed out that "Decisions that you make will determine how your life plays out. If you dont like how your life is going, change it. Make wiser decisons."(np)

Advice to humans is like a seat belt in a car, you do not always have to use it but with it your better off.
Mitch Albolm, Author of Tuesdays with Morrie tells us that "Accept who you are and revel in it." (Albom 17)
Advice is like a seat belt in a car, you do not always have to use it but with it you're better off.

If you have the drive to do something there's nothing stopping you from achieving it.
It's hard to get through life if you do not listen to others advice.
We have the power to make our own identity.
You are in charge of your own happiness but you cant change everything. Acceptance is important.
Everyone needs to learn how to forgive past mistakes because everything that has happened in life makes you the person you are today.
Mitch wisely states,"It's not just the other people we need to forgive, we also need to forgive ourselves. For all the things we didn't do, and all the things we should have done."
It's hard to live life by ourselves, so when advice is thrown your way do not ignore it.
Are you ready to die?
Are you ready to die?
Life is like a game, you might not always win but you should never just give up, keep on playing. My grandfather Jerry Walters shared his knowledge with me, explaining that "In life things will get hard and you may want to quit. Just hold on and wait and you will eventually come out on top."(np
Death is a strong word. Some find it horrifying while others wish for it. “People try and prepare you for this but the truth is you can’t”(Jerry Walters). They tell you that you have lived your life to the fullest and it’s time for you to go but, how do they know. You may have lived your life all that you wanted but that doesn’t mean you’re ready to die. I look at death as a mystery, you never know when it can come. You can be healthy one day and die the next day.
“Maybe death is the great equalizer, the one big thing that can finally make strangers shed a tear for one another.” Now a days all society cares about is themselves, they just want to accomplish things to be heard. They have no respect for others, but when somebody is about to die they all of a sudden start to care. Death changes the perspectives on people.
