- Many artifacts are housed in museums of other countries

- A French archaeologist found Hammurabi's Stela of Laws and took it back to France
- Many people believe artifacts are their country's heritage (property)
- Many people believe these are their country's historical image
Lots of people say that artifacts should be returned but more say they shouldn't

MY OPINION
I think artifacts should stay at their original orgin. Artifacts are pieces of history from all different countries. I believe they can be loaned but the artifacts must be returned in perfect condition at all costs. They not only reflect on a country's image but they repersent the country. The artifact gives pride to the country.
